does this version allow you to upload from a Garmin 500? I can go on Garmin and export a tcx file, but it doesn’t seem to be compatible with the Critical Power Plot or Performance Manager…any way to get those to work with a Garmin 500? Thanks!

All versions except the MAC PowerPC version allow you to drag and drop onto the application or Import from file a .FIT file either directly off the Garmin 500 or from your PC. The 500 needs to be connected via USB or course and the FIT files are in the Activities directory.
I use this feature all the time with no major issues.
